If you are reading this blog, then you obviously follow Altitude Water and are aware of the three news releases we just released last week. You may be thinking, ‘Quiet for some time, and now a flurry of activity? ’. Agreed, but when running an emerging growth technology company, you don’t get to choose timing. Also, we warn you…we are not done yet.

Our last blog focused on updating you about our evaluation process and planning phase for moving forward. The thing about water and our technology is that they touch so many different markets and are applicable to numerous industries. We must know we have the resources and capital to enter these markets and penetrate them successfully.

If you have been paying attention, Altitude Water has transitioned from an Atmospheric Water Generator Manufacturer into a Water Technology Company. If you look at the third slide of our presentation, https://altitudewaterusa.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Altitude-Water-Presentation-full-scrub-website.pdf, it is obvious we are more than just an AWG company.

Now it’s time to play connect the dots, as you will see where these announcements are taking us.

The Amy Grant Water Hub was a precursor to the Water Hub in Maka, Cameroon. We developed the R&D, testing, and modifications on this property over a period of 10 years. The successful implementation of a large-scale hub for a village has proven the systems and prepared them for marketing to builders and governments.

We now can not only capture water from the air with our AWGs but also purify existing water sources and capture rainwater. We can implement some or all of these technologies in any new construction, making the home totally water independent. Retrofits are still more complex, as there is existing plumbing making the different water sources difficult to isolate, but we can offer different options to homeowners.

We also have a new distributor that owns an architecture firm. We hired this distributor to design the yacht’s interior, M2 Holistic Studio, and incorporated Altitude Water into the project. Building the team means adding people or groups with different skills to make the company stronger. Having access to architects in this building process is huge.

The yacht announcement is exciting, as it solves a HUGE issue in these ships: access to safe water. As a yacht in the ocean is surrounded by water, it reminds us of the quote we use when a hurricane strikes—“Water, water everywhere, but not a drop to drink.”

The water makers on boats are small desalination units that face the same difficulty as the larger units: maintenance and upkeep. Being at sea and having your water maker malfunction is a huge issue and will cause many to alter their plans in search of water.

Combine that with the horrible taste (a reason most yachts use their precious space for bottled water—a product that devastates the ocean they look to enjoy), and you can understand why our technology is perfect for the yachting industry. This application will also feed into our new product, completing testing now—our ozone purification system for small boats and RVs that fits in a suitcase.

Now let’s look at the synergies in the yacht release and the frequency release. We believe that when the yacht is docked, we can emit frequencies that will restrict barnacle growth on its bottom, which is a significant issue and expense. Additionally, when the boat leaves port, the frequency can be adjusted to emit positive vibrations into the ocean to promote healing. The Good Vibrations team was part of Dr. Emoto’s Water Tribe and has tested frequencies in water and developed an encyclopedia of music with frequencies for different results.

The findings will have applications for other businesses we are about to start. Continue to follow our progress.

We are structuring Altitude Water as the holding company and having each business as a subsidiary. We are in negotiations now on getting the proper funding and executive team to come on and support the growth of the incredible foundation the team has built.

We also have another project in the data center space that is truly exceptional and necessary. We hope to complete that transaction by the end of the month.

Stay hydrated, my friends!
