Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) is still an emerging technology, even though systems like ours have been developed and deployed for more than 15 years. Most people are familiar with traditional water infrastructure—municipal systems, bottled water, and groundwater wells—so technologies that create drinking water directly from air are still gaining public awareness.
In fact, when our social media team recently ran a poll asking, “Have you heard of atmospheric water generator technology?”, about 70% of respondents said no. That shows just how much opportunity there is for education and growth in this space.
As concerns about water scarcity, sustainability, and water independence continue to grow, more people are discovering atmospheric water technology as a viable solution. Through our online education efforts and the work of our team—including our social media manager Luke Hillman, who is passionate about sustainable and resilient living—we are helping bring greater awareness to this technology and its potential to help communities around the world.
