Altitude Water recently transitioned from an LLC to a C Corporation, which is a necessary step for companies that may pursue public investment opportunities in the future.
At this time, we are raising $1 million through a Friends and Family offering. Participation in this round is limited to accredited investors, which generally means experienced investors with a net worth exceeding $1 million (excluding their primary residence), in accordance with securities regulations.
We are also exploring the possibility of launching a crowdfunding round in the future, which could allow non-accredited investors to participate.
